Salary: 39,800 – 54,670 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and support a gameplay engineering team focused on animation, locomotion, and camera systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, animators, and QA to ensure cohesive gameplay experiences.
• Develop and maintain core gameplay features and optimize systems in collaboration with QA.
• Nurture technical talent and foster growth within the development team.
• Manage risks and ensure alignment across cross-functional departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Unreal Engine, specifically on AA or AAA projects.
• Proven experience leading a development team of approximately 7 members.
• Direct experience with gameplay topics such as locomotion, combat, and camera systems.
• Must be credited on at least one shipped AA or AAA title in a lead or management role.
• Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong working proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Solid understanding of motion matching and advanced animation systems.
