What you will do
- Lead high-impact product demonstrations for key Talent deals to drive revenue.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive certification program for a sales team of 500+.
- Train sales staff on product features, value propositions, and sales techniques.
- Act as a bridge between sales and product teams to translate market feedback into product improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities to guide development.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Talent/People teams is a strong plus.
- Ability to work from the Barcelona office.
