What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor setup.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Monitor PO lifecycles and collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare spend analysis reports and identify opportunities for cost savings and process automation.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation repositories.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Zip, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of purchase order processes and procurement controls.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in Manila and able to work in a hybrid environment.
