What you will do
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor setup.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal and business stakeholders.
- Monitor PO lifecycles and collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare spend analysis reports and identify opportunities for cost savings and process automation.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation repositories.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing operations.
- Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Zip, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of purchase order processes and procurement controls.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must be based in Manila and able to work in a hybrid environment.

- Exposure to finance or accounts payable processes.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools.
