What you will do

• Act as the first-line contact for employees and managers regarding employment inquiries and support.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
• Partner with system providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.
• Champion continuous improvement by tracking service metrics and gathering employee feedback.
• Lead policy simplification and knowledge management using AI-powered self-service tools.
• Collaborate on global and local HR projects to ensure strategic alignment and automated compliance.

Requirements

• University degree in human relations, psychology, business, or a related field.
• Broad understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in using HR digital tools and AI-driven systems.
• Strong empathy and curiosity for supporting others.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
• Fluency in Chinese is required for local operations and payroll management.
