What you will do

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to the Ningbo plant leadership team to support and achieve organizational objectives.
• Identify organizational gaps and implement redesigns, coaching, and training to improve overall capability.
• Lead the full talent management process, including acquisition, assessment, performance reviews, and strategic development.
• Drive employee engagement and employer branding through DEI initiatives, surveys, and communication strategies.
• Manage compensation structures and reward programs to foster a pay-for-performance culture.
• Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and maintain accurate data in Workday and IHR systems.

Requirements

• Experience managing comprehensive HR modules including C&B, Talent, and Employee Relations.
• Proven ability to handle payroll, IIT compliance, and facility administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools, specifically Workday.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ningbo, China.
