What you will do

  • Partner with the Talent Management COE to develop and deploy processes for performance planning, succession management, and engagement.
  • Serve as a COE Partner to HR Leaders and Directors in the assigned geography to build capabilities in talent management.
  • Implement components of talent management programs aligned with the global strategy and partner with D&I program managers.
  • Collaborate with L&D partners to diagnose organizational needs and develop standardized solutions for team interventions.
  • Lead the deployment of enterprise-aligned talent and team assessments to generate actionable strategic insights.
  • Govern and implement leadership and functional competency frameworks in collaboration with senior business leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business.
  • 6 or more years of experience in progressive HRBP or Talent Management roles.
  • Expertise in Organizational Design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Experience working within large, complex global organizations.
  • Strong consulting skills to tailor approaches for maximum impact with business leaders.
  • Experience partnering with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for program delivery and governance.
