What you will do

• Provide HR advisory support to China Operations, partnering with managers on engagement and performance management.
• Deliver HR data analysis and insights to track people-related KPIs and support decision-making.
• Coordinate HR programs and annual cycles, including PMP, talent reviews, and employee surveys.
• Lead HR projects focused on onboarding/offboarding enhancement and policy localization.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees to resolve concerns and improve overall experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in HRBP, HR operations, recruitment, or C&B roles.
• Fluent English (C1) in both oral and written communication is a must.
• Must be located in or able to work from Shanghai, China.
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and ownership.
