What you will do

• Process invoices and related documents accurately and timely within required SLA and KPI targets.
• Review and monitor invoice processing compliance according to Company Policy and internal controls.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial information and documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Support month-end activities and deliver audit reports for internal and external auditors.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop appropriate internal controls and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related course.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP highly preferred.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills and experience with data entry in high-volume environments.
• Amenable to work on a day or night-shift schedule.
