What you will do

• Review, code, and post supplier invoices while ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows.
• Prepare and execute payment runs and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Resolve supplier inquiries and payment reminders in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of supplier master data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of Accounts Payable processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in Accounts Payable Accounting or a similar finance role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and VAT requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday), Spend Management solutions (e.g., Coupa), and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent German and English proficiency is required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
