What you will do

• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies including price, quantity, and PO mismatches.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to clarify and resolve issues.
• Monitor aging reports such as HELD/GRIR and AP, escalating unresolved items as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all resolution activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline and improve AP workflows.
• Perform month-end closing tasks and support system upgrades or automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service under pressure.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered a significant advantage.
