Senior Technical Sourcer

Location: Full-time onsite in El Segundo, California, United States. Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR requirements.

What you will do

• Partner in person with recruiters and hiring managers across mechanical, electrical, software, and supply chain functions.
• Build discipline-specific sourcing strategies and talent maps for engineering and supply chain roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, and engineering forums.
• Adapt Boolean searches and sourcing approaches to different technical and supply chain vocabularies.
• Write personalized LinkedIn outreach messages tailored to different candidate audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience for technical roles, ideally across engineering and/or supply chain.
• Demonstrated top performance supported by recruiting metrics.
• Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, InMail, talent pools, and projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse for pipeline management, candidate tagging, and reporting.
• Ability to understand and communicate across different engineering, software, and supply chain technical vocabularies.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in El Segundo, California, and meet U.S. person requirements under ITAR.
