What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
  • Guide customers through product onboarding and ensure successful adoption of software features.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs to improve retention and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to help users maximize the value of the platform.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario.
  • English proficiency required.
