What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Guide customers through product onboarding and ensure successful adoption of software features.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to help users maximize the value of the platform.
- Monitor customer health metrics and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario.
- English proficiency required.
