Location: Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Take ownership of a customer portfolio to ensure high user adoption and engagement.
- Identify and pursue expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for international clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Manage renewals and yearly price adjustments for assigned accounts.
- Generate sales leads through referrals and engagement with key advocates.
Requirements
- Native level French and professional English proficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
- Valid EU work permit is mandatory.
- Clean criminal record required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to demonstrate real value to stakeholders.
- Comprehensive grasp of IT and SaaS solutions.
