Location: Hybrid role, requiring you to work from our London or Paris office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers to understand account strategy, commercial priorities, and growth plans.
- Lead strategic discovery sessions to uncover ICP definitions, territory models, segmentation strategy, and workflow challenges.
- Translate GTM strategy into practical hirify.global configurations, use cases, and scalable prospecting workflows.
- Engage in accounts where standard onboarding is insufficient, ensuring complexity is addressed upfront.
- Identify additional use cases, team rollouts, or advanced applications that align with the Joint Business Plan.
- Surface recurring strategic use cases, product gaps, and workflow challenges to Product, Sales, and Revenue teams.
Requirements
- Proven SaaS Customer-Facing Experience with minimum 2 years in technical but customer facing roles.
- Deep understanding of B2B prospecting, segmentation strategy, outbound workflows, and revenue operations.
- Strategic & Structured Thinker, able to diagnose complex customer environments quickly.
- Executive Credibility, confident facilitating discovery and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Commercially Minded, understands how solution alignment protects revenue.
- Fluent in French & English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
