What you will do
- Serve as the primary cloud business expert and point of contact for vendor offerings like Microsoft and AWS.
- Develop and execute proactive, customer-specific strategies to retain and grow recurring revenue.
- Manage subscription renewals, retention, and up-sell rates for an assigned customer base.
- Enable partners to implement their own customer success strategies to minimize churn.
- Build and maintain strong, multi-tiered relationships with partners and service providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or project management.
- Strong technical acumen with a proven history of customer engagement.
- Experience managing multiple accounts within a territory to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills with a competitive, ethical mindset.
- Must be based in or able to work from Perth, Australia.

- Previous experience working with SaaS, IaaS, or general Cloud technology.
