What you will do

• Manage HR service tickets by responding to employee and manager inquiries.
• Assist with end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy.
• Support administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle including contracts and leave requests.
• Collaborate with various HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR documentation and processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with digital tools and MS Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills in a professional environment.
