What you will do

• Own and optimize recruiting platforms including Greenhouse and Workday, managing configurations, permissions, and business process mapping.
• Automate end-to-end hiring processes and troubleshoot integrations between ATS, HRIS, assessment tools, and onboarding software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system breaks and integration errors using Workday backend/API architecture.
• Build technical data flows and validate automated dashboards to maintain absolute data integrity.
• Create and scale technical documentation and training materials to support global TA enablement.

Requirements

• Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated reporting suites.
• Technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic.
• Must be based in Arizona, USA.
• Strong communication skills to distill technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders across global time zones.
