Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Lead the technical execution and delivery of HR roadmap initiatives, ensuring platforms are configured and optimized.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for core platforms including Workday and ServiceNow.
- Define and maintain the HR technology reference architecture, including integration patterns and data flows.
- Manage vendor relationships and hold systems integrators accountable for technical quality and delivery.
- Partner with Security and Privacy teams to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data protection.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance HR workflows and employee experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or related enterprise applications.
- Strong platform knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing global teams and drive cross-functional outcomes.
- Deep understanding of core HR processes from hire to retire and their technical enablement.
- Solid grasp of security, privacy, and compliance requirements for HR data.
- Must be able to work in the Atlanta office at least four days per week.
