What you will do

• Lead the technical execution and delivery of HR roadmap initiatives, ensuring platforms are configured and optimized.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for core platforms including Workday and ServiceNow.
• Define and maintain the HR technology reference architecture, including integration patterns and data flows.
• Manage vendor relationships and hold systems integrators accountable for technical quality and delivery.
• Partner with Security and Privacy teams to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data protection.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance HR workflows and employee experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong platform knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing global teams and drive cross-functional outcomes.
• Deep understanding of core HR processes from hire to retire and their technical enablement.
• Solid grasp of security, privacy, and compliance requirements for HR data.
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta office at least four days per week.
