• Architect and manage the People technology ecosystem to ensure scalability and seamless employee experiences.
• Partner with leadership to deliver high-impact workforce analytics and predictive insights.
• Automate manual HR processes to reduce friction and enable strategic focus for the People team.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements for the Business Systems team.
• Lead large-scale digital transformations while maintaining a human-first approach to HR operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology, data, and finance counterparts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in technology, operations, or analytics, with 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Deep familiarity with Workday and broader People systems strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret People data and work within modern BI environments like Looker or Tableau.
• Proven track record of designing consistent, automatable processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
