What you will do

• Act as the primary SME for Greenhouse and Workday, managing configurations, permissions, and platform upgrades.
• Map and automate end-to-end hiring processes and modify complex TA system integrations.
• Partner with HR Technology teams to diagnose and resolve backend/API architecture errors and system breaks.
• Build technical data flows and validation tests for automated reporting dashboards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for global TA enablement.
• Collaborate across global teams to stay aligned with HR technology trends and product delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS.
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analytics for validating reporting suites.
• Technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic.
• Proven ability to work independently within a distributed global team.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and data-validation skills.

• Experience managing cross-border data systems or technology compliance (e.g., GDPR for UK/EU).
