What you will do

• Drive operational consistency by creating clear playbooks and toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Optimize the end-to-end hiring journey to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Serve as the Workday Recruiting subject matter expert, enhancing workflows and automation.
• Lead hiring analytics by developing accessible dashboards for recruiters and business leaders.
• Manage talent attraction vendor relationships including Paradox, Hireright, and LinkedIn.
• Develop resources and training to enable hiring managers to hire effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Attraction Operations or People Operations.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting configuration and reporting.
• Proven experience building and scaling recruiting operations in fast-paced organizations.
• Strong process design, documentation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Systems thinker with the ability to balance governance and usability.
