What you will do
- Drive operational consistency by creating clear playbooks and toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Optimize the end-to-end hiring journey to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Serve as the Workday Recruiting subject matter expert, enhancing workflows and automation.
- Lead hiring analytics by developing accessible dashboards for recruiters and business leaders.
- Manage talent attraction vendor relationships including Paradox, Hireright, and LinkedIn.
- Develop resources and training to enable hiring managers to hire effectively.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Attraction Operations or People Operations.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Workday Recruiting configuration and reporting.
- Proven experience building and scaling recruiting operations in fast-paced organizations.
- Strong process design, documentation, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Systems thinker with the ability to balance governance and usability.

- Experience working in a remote organization.
- Background in education technology, higher education, or B2B services.
