Salary: $128,000-$168,000

What you will do
- Coordinate senior leadership deliverables, ensuring follow-through on action items and serving as a liaison across departments.
- Drive high-priority strategic projects (including quarterly business reviews) and research projects that inform executive decisions.
- Manage cross-functional coordination by monitoring timelines and ensuring key operational deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain an annual calendar and operational rhythms for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Support meeting and event management, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up actions for strategic planning sessions and leadership offsites.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and materials by synthesizing complex information into clear updates for leadership review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of operations, business management, consulting, communications, or strategy & planning experience.
- 8+ years of operations, business management, consulting, communications, or strategy & planning experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and operate effectively with ambiguity.
- Experience working with matrix-organizational structures or cross-functional projects.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting executive leadership or working in a Chief of Staff–type function.
- Master's degree.
