What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Revenue and GTM leadership on investment, segmentation, and pricing strategies.
• Own the revenue operating rhythm, including forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and executive reporting.
• Design and evolve the GTM operating model, including territory planning, capacity modeling, and incentive alignment.
• Lead the GTM AI strategy to automate workflows, enhance seller productivity, and accelerate decision-making.
• Manage the GTM data ecosystem, including Salesforce architecture, KPI frameworks, and analytics tooling.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data teams through shared metrics and rituals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical background (e.g., investment banking, management consulting, or elite corporate strategy).
• Deep understanding of SaaS economics, growth drivers, and pipeline mechanics.
• Proven experience building scalable systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with a clear thesis on how agentic tooling reshapes GTM operations.
• Ability to partner credibly with C-level executives and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
