TL;DR

GTM Strategy & Operations Director (SaaS): Leading end-to-end go-to-market strategy, positioning, and operational infrastructure for a global data and software platform with an accent on revenue growth and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building scalable GTM processes, driving product launches, and translating complex AI-enabled capabilities into compelling customer narratives.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Lead planning and execution for product launches and AI-enabled platform enhancements.
  • Build and scale GTM operational infrastructure, frameworks, and cross-functional rhythms.
  • Align Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services around shared business outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Sales on enterprise opportunities, executive presentations, and win strategies.
  • Oversee competitive intelligence and translate insights into sharper product positioning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of building GTM processes from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Deep fluency in enterprise buying dynamics, consultative sales, and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
  • Strong experience with RevOps principles, including CRM hygiene, funnel metrics, and forecasting.
  • Ability to translate complex data-intensive platforms and AI workflows into clear customer narratives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions.
  • Background in VOC (Voice of Customer) research and win/loss programs.
