What you will do
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Lead planning and execution for product launches and AI-enabled platform enhancements.
- Build and scale GTM operational infrastructure, frameworks, and cross-functional rhythms.
- Align Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services around shared business outcomes and performance metrics.
- Partner with Sales on enterprise opportunities, executive presentations, and win strategies.
- Oversee competitive intelligence and translate insights into sharper product positioning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of building GTM processes from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Deep fluency in enterprise buying dynamics, consultative sales, and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
- Strong experience with RevOps principles, including CRM hygiene, funnel metrics, and forecasting.
- Ability to translate complex data-intensive platforms and AI workflows into clear customer narratives.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- MBA degree.
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) motions.
- Background in VOC (Voice of Customer) research and win/loss programs.
