TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Analyst (Workday/Greenhouse): Provide advanced functional and technical expertise to support, maintain, and optimize the global Talent Acquisition Operations ecosystem with an accent on Workday and Greenhouse business process design, workflows, and integrations. Focus on driving data integrity, leading system testing, building reports and dashboards, and uncovering process improvements to streamline the global talent acquisition lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize recruiting platforms (Greenhouse and Workday): manage configurations, permissions, business process mapping, and platform upgrades.
  • Map, streamline, and automate end-to-end hiring workflows; troubleshoot and validate complex ATS-to-HRIS and onboarding integrations.
  • Lead root-cause investigation for Workday backend/API architecture issues, diagnosing and resolving integration errors.
  • Deliver data analytics and reporting: build technical data flows and validate automated dashboards for data integrity.
  • Create and scale technical documentation and training; provide system troubleshooting support to recruiters and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on TA/HR technology trends and collaborate with HR Technology and global partners to support product delivery.

Requirements

  • Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise recruiting and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites.
  • Strong technical acumen in backend workflows, API architecture, and system integration logic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across global time zones.
  • Strong analytical and data-validation skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing cross-border data systems or maintaining technology compliance (e.g., GDPR considerations for UK/EU talent pools).
  • Relevant certifications in Workday, Greenhouse, or other HR technology systems.
