What you will do

• Perform full life cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to define role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for emerging areas including AI, data, and enterprise SaaS.
• Drive urgency across the hiring process to ensure timely feedback and decision-making.
• Manage candidate and requisition data within the ATS (Workday/HireEZ).
• Provide backup support to other technical recruiters as business demands shift.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from NYC, NY or Charlotte, NC.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple technical functions such as Engineering and Product.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
