What you will do
- Act as the primary TA consultant for Pharmacy and Fulfillment Center leadership to align hiring strategies with operational goals.
- Mentor and develop a small team of recruiters, removing roadblocks and conducting performance touchpoints.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized pharmacist roles and other key positions within the facility.
- Audit and scale hiring workflows to maximize efficiency and improve the candidate experience.
- Own TA reporting dashboards and leverage analytics to build accurate hiring plans for executive leadership.
- Execute localized talent attraction strategies, including college relations, community partnerships, and AI tool adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
- At least 2+ years in a formal leadership, team lead, or supervisory role.
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity in New Albany, Ohio.
- Experience in Pharmacy, Healthcare, or High-Volume Fulfillment/Logistics environments.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse).
- Proven ability to build headcount models and forecast hiring plans.
