What you will do

• Drive year-over-year revenue growth by deepening relationships with advertising partners and agencies.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans for top-tier clients.
• Educate new clients on Reddit's advertising platform and identify new buyer opportunities.
• Use internal and external data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals.
• Share client feedback with cross-functional stakeholders to shape the ads product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media, including 3-7 years in sales.
• Proven track record of managing partnerships with complex enterprise organizations and C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in the ads industry, social media landscape, and native advertising.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
