What you will do

  • Track and centralize incoming sales opportunities and RFPs in the internal management system.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across sales tools.
  • Collaborate with the bid team to prepare high-quality, tailored responses to client requests.
  • Coordinate inputs from technical, delivery, finance, and legal departments.
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure the timely submission of all deliverables.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and supporting materials for business development meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience or recent graduate status.
  • Fluency in French and English with excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, corporate environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint, or CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in a bid or sales coordination role.
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg IT consulting market.
