What you will do

  • Manage and direct sales activities within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg to achieve regional targets.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue with high accuracy and dedication to deadlines.
  • Coach and manage the sales team to uncover opportunities, develop net new logos, and negotiate favorable pricing.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top-tier sales talent to support regional expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, channels, professional services, and product teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce extensively for pipeline management and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a front-line sales leader.
  • Proven track record managing team quotas >$5M ARR with 50%+ YoY growth.
  • Experience with transformational sales (C-level) in Fortune 100 companies.
  • Experience managing deal sizes >$1M ARR with sales cycles exceeding 9 months.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC and value-selling methodologies.
  • Technical acumen in software testing, ERP, or software quality.
