What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy for Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Build and deepen relationships with CXO-level executives, technical decision-makers, and champions.
  • Drive consultative selling to align hirify.global solutions with customer goals and long-term value.
  • Own new business development by building a pipeline and converting prospects into long-term customers.
  • Expand existing enterprise accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with MSPs, ISVs, and hyperscalers and maintain CRM hygiene for accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding new business and account growth targets.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software, including Linux infrastructure, hybrid cloud, Kubernetes, edge computing, and security.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work in multilingual territories with Dutch/Flemish and French.
  • Experience executing territory strategies independently while leveraging cross-functional support.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders and explaining complex solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger) and CRM tools (Salesforce or Clari).
