What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients in line with agreed territory sales plans.
- Deliver year-on-year sales targets in collaboration with the NaughtOne and teams.
- Maintain product knowledge and use market and competitor insights to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Capture and manage project information in Salesforce (client, project, dealer/D&B, designer, timelines, and potential value).
- Build and support market share growth through effective opportunity management and account planning.
- Support product technical knowledge via training sessions and represent the brand at trade and industry events.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or the design sector.
- Experience executing sales plans and contributing to agreed sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and align offerings.
- Demonstrated collaborative sales techniques and experience selling to the design community.
- Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in verbal and written form to influence stakeholders.
- Based from Paris or a major city in the Benelux region; frequent travel across the territory is required.
