What you will do
- Drive OEM sales volume and gross margin targets through effective annual business planning.
- Develop new business opportunities within non-OE channels and major OEM accounts.
- Lead and coach a high-performance regional sales team to achieve challenging goals.
- Manage key store relationships and develop regional sales performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and effective accounts receivable management.
- Analyze market data and competitor trends to maintain a competitive offering.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a business-related field.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience, including at least 6 years in sales and 5 years in people management.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Strong key account management skills and experience in building new business models.
- Knowledge of vehicle and tire technology, as well as channel sales promotion tools.
- Experience in the automotive industry is highly desired.
