What you will do

  • Drive OEM sales volume and gross margin targets through effective annual business planning.
  • Develop new business opportunities within non-OE channels and major OEM accounts.
  • Lead and coach a high-performance regional sales team to achieve challenging goals.
  • Manage key store relationships and develop regional sales performance dashboards.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and effective accounts receivable management.
  • Analyze market data and competitor trends to maintain a competitive offering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, including at least 6 years in sales and 5 years in people management.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
  • Strong key account management skills and experience in building new business models.
  • Knowledge of vehicle and tire technology, as well as channel sales promotion tools.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly desired.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in tire sales.
  • Proven track record in OEM customer development and retention.
