What you will do
- Build and execute territory and account plans to identify new logos and expansion opportunities within key enterprise accounts.
- Lead discovery on customer workflows and architect technical solution proposals (on-prem, hybrid, or OnCloud).
- Implement Solution Selling and Strategic Selling methodologies to qualify prospects and grow the CAE business.
- Conduct demos, benchmarks, and POCs to quantify value and develop repeatable win stories for industry use-cases.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to relay market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Drive post-win adoption and nurture executive relationships to secure strategic, multi-year agreements.
Requirements
- BS or above in Mechanical, Aerospace, CFD, Applied Math, Physics, or Chemical Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in mechanical CAE-focused technical sales or solution consulting.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle enterprise sales and consistent quota attainment.
- Native or Fluent Mandarin and professional English proficiency.
- Must be based in Beijing and available for frequent travel.
