What you will do

• Manage existing accounts and develop new ones to drive consistent YoY sales growth.
• Take ownership of key strategic accounts, building collaborative and win-win relationships.
• Implement Solution Selling and Strategic Selling methodologies within the sales process.
• Identify and qualify prospective companies to grow the mechanical CAE business in China.
• Collaborate with field technical teams and R&D to deliver customized solutions for each prospect.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging hirify.global leadership in electronics across various industries.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience selling mechanical CAE products and services, preferably with international CAE players.
• Proven track record of success in driving new logo and add-on deals.
• Technical acumen to identify customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
