What you will do

• Manage sales and renewals for Audatex estimation systems across insurance and automotive repair sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, data testing, and pre-sale support to secure new contracts.
• Provide onsite training and after-sales support to improve customer system utilization.
• Gather and report user feedback to internal teams to resolve product issues.
• Collaborate with sales managers to execute regional pilot projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guangdong.
• Professional background in insurance claims or automotive after-sales service.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel for data analysis.
• Basic English knowledge is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience as a service supervisor in a 4S shop.
• Previous experience as a claims director at an insurance company.
