Location: Hybrid (Singapore). Mandatory office attendance on Mondays and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What you will do

• Own all revenue for the Singapore business and drive overall growth.
• Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team to build pipeline and drive revenue.
• Develop market strategies based on deep insights into local user workflows and unmet needs.
• Build momentum through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and startup networks.
• Represent hirify.global as the public face across press, events, and executive conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering to ensure customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or market-building.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Must be based in Singapore with a deep local network (startups, VC, community, media).
• Experience managing Southeast Asian markets across startup and enterprise segments.
• Technical fluency in demoing hirify.global and AI agents to technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience at a high-growth SaaS/AI company operating in Southeast Asia.
• Native or fluent Mandarin, Malay, or other regional language skills.
• Experience selling or evangelizing productivity, collaboration, or developer tools.
• Track record of building and scaling community-led or product-led growth motions.
