• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.

• Manage the entire candidate offer process within the Workday ATS.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, specifically within semiconductor, capital equipment, or hardware domains.
• Deep understanding of microelectronics design, including ASIC design, chip verification, analog/mixed signal design, and emulation.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
