What you will do

• Implement the Group’s proactive regulatory engagement strategy specifically for the PRA.
• Act as a trusted adviser to business contacts on regulatory matters and notifications.
• Coordinate daily interactions with regulators' supervisory teams and maintain engagement records.
• Develop and review high-quality responses to regulatory requests and provide regular MI.
• Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure a consistent approach across the organization.
• Assess regulatory impacts of various business projects and ensure timely visibility to regulators.

Requirements

• Extensive regulatory experience, ideally from the PRA or within the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of the PRA rules, handbook structure, and the broader regulatory environment.
• Proven track record as a Compliance professional in complex, global financial services businesses.
• Strong skills in influencing, negotiating, and resolving differences.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualifications.
