What you will do

• Partner with label marketing teams to align D2C strategies with album, tour, and broader artist campaigns.
• Develop and execute D2C marketing plans in collaboration with WMX brand managers.
• Translate campaign goals into actionable tactics across email, SMS, paid media, and onsite promotions.
• Coordinate timelines and launches across internal ecommerce, creative, and operations teams.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time based on data and fan behavior.
• Manage campaign and store P&Ls to ensure retail pricing meets targets and requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar e-commerce or marketing role.
• Deep understanding of label marketing and artist campaign dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple global stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong strategic and execution-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
