Head of E-commerce & Digital Marketing (AI)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global' head office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, with 1–2 days per week at NEXT's head office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global' e-commerce strategy and act as the primary internal lead for digital trading and platform operations.
• Drive commercial growth across the brand website, Total Platform ecosystem and third-party digital partnerships.
• Lead platform prioritisation, continuous testing, personalisation, customer journey optimisation and international scaling.
• Manage paid digital marketing strategy, marketing spend, acquisition channels, creative testing and landing-page experiments.
• Use data, automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency, profitability and customer retention.
• Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with NEXT, agencies, marketing data scientists and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing high-performing e-commerce sites, with strong knowledge of retail trading, CRO, data funnels and international scaling.
• Experience managing P&Ls, reviewing financial statements and delivering cost efficiencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in matrixed and cross-functional organisations.
• Experience coaching and managing direct reports while building a high-trust team environment.
• Proactive, adaptable approach to AI, automation, emerging retail technology and fast-paced trading environments.
• Existing UK right to work is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
