What you will do

• Manage adviser segmentation and deliver annual reviews and targeted interventions.
• Build competence and capability among advisers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Document all supervisory activities accurately within CRM systems and audit logs.
• Prioritize and mitigate risks for higher-risk advisers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Advisers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee adviser conduct to ensure alignment with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Essential: Level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisers.
• Proven experience in financial services supervision or adviser oversight.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance within wealth or financial advice.
• Ability to analyze data and KPI performance to identify trends.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Must be located in the UK and available for occasional travel.
