Location: Hybrid role, must be based in the UK and able to work from the Osterley or Livingston office 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end quarterly reporting processes, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze and challenge control effectiveness self-assessments to identify and remediate deficiencies.
• Provide guidance and constructive challenge to stakeholders to enhance the overall control environment.
• Deliver internal controls training to simplify complex concepts for key business stakeholders.
• Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and improve existing control processes.
• Apply assurance procedures to ensure controls are tested and significant risks are addressed.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualified experience.
• Strong experience in internal controls, risk, or assurance environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience in presenting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the media industry.
• Exposure to SOX or financial reporting controls.
• Experience working with international teams across different time zones.
• Familiarity with GRC or controls management systems.
