What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Log, prioritise, and resolve support tickets across hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and IP connectivity.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate asset registers.

Requirements

• Experience in 1st and 2nd line technical support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, IP).
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Carnwath, UK.
