TL;DR

End User Support Analyst (IT Support): Providing technical assistance and desktop services for the EMEA region with an accent on hardware maintenance, incident management, and user support. Focus on resolving technical issues, managing device lifecycles, and ensuring operational stability for end users in a fast-paced office environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Triage and resolve incidents and service requests via telephone, email, and ServiceNow.
  • Manage the full Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) process for system access and hardware.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and perform basic breakfix replacements.
  • Create and maintain accurate knowledge documentation on a quarterly basis.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
  • Previous experience in an IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and MS Intune.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Apple hardware/OS, and HP hardware.
  • Experience with PowerShell and ITIL V3 or above.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call and shift rotation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Knowledge of CUCM or networking skills (CCST).
