Salary: £26,228 - £30,000

What you will do

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to staff, diagnosing logon issues, profile faults, and permission errors.
• Manage the onboarding of new hires and offboarding of team members from projects.
• Build and set up PCs, including installing and testing new software.
• Manage equipment requests and inventory through frequent audits.
• Maintain office and meeting room tidiness and coordinate IT recycling/waste pickup.
• Assist with physical desk and office moves.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows 11.
• Basic network knowledge covering TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ability to assemble a PC from parts and diagnose faulty hardware.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25kg.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Liverpool, UK.
