What you will do

• Manage a client portfolio worth $3m+ per annum, overseeing renewals and incremental sales.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and create commercial documentation for RFPs.
• Build and maintain strong networking engagement with key players in client networks.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to lead quarterly reviews and Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes.
• Act as the primary commercial point of escalation for clients to resolve business-critical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
• Proven track record of managing sales targets and generating revenue.
• Experience selling enterprise-based solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the challenges facing FMCG manufacturers and retailers.
