What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong and enduring partnerships.
• Develop and execute account strategies to align with client goals and business objectives.
• Drive growth and profitability by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class data and insight solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing project delivery and addressing escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the market research or data solutions industry.
• Expertise in B2B and B2C insights, data analytics, or technology-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver consistent results against financial targets.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in tailoring research plans and closing sales.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred) and data platforms.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
