What you will do

  • Own and manage a high-value strategic QSR account, serving as the primary executive-level point of contact.
  • Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new solution adoption.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Partner with internal operational and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and service delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance to customers based on deep industry expertise in digital transformation and payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, key account management, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Strong background in QSR hospitality or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French, Spanish, or German.
