Salary: $118,000 - $144,000 USD

What you will do

• Oversee safe and compliant operations of the wind farm installation.
• Monitor, maintain, and report on plant performance and operational KPIs.
• Develop annual operating plans and provide input on annual budgets.
• Supervise site contractors and staff, setting direction and measuring performance.
• Act as the primary contact for landowners, local authorities, and state agencies regarding environmental and contractual issues.
• Perform operation and switching of high voltage equipment and troubleshoot substation/collection system malfunctions.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in the wind industry.
• Ability to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet and work safely in confined spaces.
• In-depth knowledge of NERC standards and other utility regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in operations financial management, forecasting, and controls.
• High School diploma required; 4-year degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US; Clearway will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas.

• Technical training in wind plant operations.
